1. Why is it no need to use additives

    During glue making by this system, agitating is more fierce because of high power and rotational speed of the machine, meanwhile the saw-teeth blade can destroy the molecular structure of starch to make the granular of starch much smaller, the main starch molecular surrounded by those carrier starch granular can penetrate into paper more easily, it can catch the fiber of paper when dextrinization, So it is no need to use additives any more. Besides, Traditional propelling shear blade is designed to guarantee more even and fierce to let glue stable. 

2. All system is controlled by program, which is devised and developed according to actual needs by ourselves, steady and reliable.

(1)Feed and measurement of material.

All feedings are set through program, controlled by PLC and can be measured precisely. The quality of production is very good as well.

(2)Temperature control.

The temperature of adhesive can be controlled by Temperature Sensor and Temperature Display to keep starch stable and can be easy-melted in the water. Simultaneously to avoid glue quality being changed result in influenced by surrounding temperature. The temperature controls through the procedure hypothesis by PLC.

(3)This machine is programmed to clean vessel automatically after Adhesive delivery. Manual also can be programmed.

(4)Adhesive flow is supervised by Sensor. If the flow is decreased, PLC will select adhesive making formula automatically according to actuality.

(5)Time of shearing and agitating will be controlled by PLC.

(6)Alarm functions are set including starch lacking, caustic lacking ,feed breakdown, surpass temperature ,system breakdown and so on.

3. Production rate of this machine can be up to 1600-3200kg per hour, compared to the traditional one, it can finish work in shorter time to meet high-speed production line.

4. Imported diaphragm Pump can work efficiently.

5. The machine can be controlled by manual and automation.
